    ok then now what? Our own personal lives need a clearer look see. Who we are, why we are, where to find THAT inner realm for guidance & a still place to establish an ANCHOR to help us move closer to our MASTER CONTROL within. The MEDITATION EXERCISE IS BASICALLY ITS OWN REMOTE CONTROL USED TO TUNE IN TO THE PROPER CHANNEL OF KNOWHOW & PERSONAL GUIDANCE FOR OUR SURVIVAL IN THIS PERILOUS WORLD.
