Great as a warm up or a main workout.
Get ups - ideally with a Kettlebell, but a dumbbell will suffice.
Goblet squats.
Hinge progression: deadlifts, Bulgarian goat bag swing, swings

Reps
Get ups 1 to 3 per side
Squats 5 to 10
Swing progressions 10 to 25
Lower reps for the first two progressions. Higher reps for swings.
