Grateful For Access To Medicine & Medical

Day #347 of 365 Daily Gratitude.
Well... it got me! I'm sick.
It had been coming for days and decided to hit like a full storm last night. I canceled my day for today and am going to rest, drink fluids and recover. I heal super fast!
Unless it is life threatening I do not run to my medicine cabinet or my doctor... but I am sure glad I have that option if need be.
No, I will address this small glitch with nurturing, no talking and old fashioned R & R.
I have a big day tomorrow afternoon and I know I will be well enough to participate!
