About Neill Stanbury: https://neillsbikefit.com.au/

So last week I shared some footage of my BMC Teammachine SLR01 having some surgery. The steerer tube was cut and I also had some new cranks installed at the same being. Being the 165 mm Quarq power cranks, replacing the 172.5 mm cranks. What I didn't realize at the time of cutting the steerer tube was that the crank change would mean my seat would have to go up 5mm +. Leaving me with concern that I may have done some damage ot the BMC Teammachine SLR01 that would require a significant fix. Maybe a new fork? But after speaking with Neill Stanbury, the expert bike fitter and also riding with the new cranks over the past week, I feel like I may have dodged a bullet!
