Recently I read a cycling book for the second time, which is designed to help improve your cycling training by better understand power training. It's called 'Training and racing with a power meter'. In that book there is a table that provides detailed information about cyclists, using a metric called watts per kilogram. There you can compare yourself to other cyclists across different segments. 5 second, 1 minute, 5 minute, and one hour power.

So in this video I will not only share the updated numbers but also demonstrate how your get tour power segments and then use them to best work out your strengths and weaknesses as a cyclist. Ultimately helping you better prepare for a target event and become stronger, faster and smarter on the bike.
