A Full Day of Eating in Italy | What We Eat in a Day
Many of our viewers have asked what Eva and I eat in a normal day. Y'know, when we're not eating massive lasagne on camera! Since we're currently in Italy, we thought we would finally give you guys a look at our normal diet here because it's (perhaps surprisingly) not very different from what we eat in America AND it gives us a chance to show you guys around Eva's hometown.

EVA'S SIMPLE VEGGIE SIDE RECIPE:
In a pan, bring 3 tbsp olive oil up to medium temperature. Add 1 sliced bell pepper and 1 sliced chili pepper, and sautée for 5 minutes. Add 1 cubed eggplant and cook, covered, for a further 5 minutes.
Add 2 cubed zucchini and continue cooking, covered. After 2 minutes, add 5-10 cherry tomatoes, halved. Salt to taste. Cook, covered, for 10-15 minutes, or until all of the vegetables are tender and slightly creamy. Stir occasionally and add a splash of warm water if it becomes too dry.
