Today, Eva and I are having a little cooking competition. Now, I know what you're thinking: "Harper, you're a terrible cook. There's no way you can beat Eva!" Normally you would be right, but this time I have a slight advantage... we're slow-cooking some MEAT!

We're pitting my American pulled pork barbecue against the nearest Italian equivalent, porchetta! Let the best pit master win!
