What a great day!

3 exercises:
A1 Crawling lateral pushups with handles
A2 Single arm ring rows (bodyweight)
A3 Standing braced sandbag lateral raise

I did 4 rounds total, in 57 minutes. For A1, I got 60 reps on the first set, and then totaled to 60 (ex. 45 + 15) in the other sets. Single arm rows were 15 reps each, and lateral raises averaged 23 reps per set. The video shows rounds 1 and 4, plus some comments at the end about a seasonal training calendar (what type of training is better suited to Summer, Autumn, Winter, and Spring).

If you try some of these, get good at regular pushups and a few variations before the crawling lateral ones. Example: regular, feet elevated, triceps focus, crawling forwards, and so on. Apply that concept for the rows, doing double arm rows, then feet elevated, before trying the single arm, because it's a harder variation in a few ways (grip, core, overall effect on back and neck muscles).
