I had to get up way earlier than usual today, because someone was scheduled to come over to install our our conditioning unit into our house. HOWEVER, he called in SICK at the LAST MOMENT, so I got a crap night's sleep for nothing. This set definitely felt harder due to the lack of sleep; but deep down, I KNEW I was capable of surpassing my former self. So I buckled down, pumped some Pantera, in honour of it being announced that Phil and Rex are reuniting/reforming for the band's first tour in over two decades; and banged it out. It was a hard struggle for sure; but nothing worth achieving is ever easy, and I'm happy with the result.
