Pumpkin Soup and Red Wine Steak

Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces. Heat the wok, dissolve the butter, add the onion diced and fry for 5 minutes until soft.
Add the pumpkin and the soup, bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes until the pumpkin is soft.
Blend the stock with a blender and pour it back into the pot.
Add salt and pepper and stir in fresh cream. Cook with a simmer and mix well
