Deep Relaxation Meditation for Stress and Anxiety Relief.
We become more susceptible to suggestions, affirmations, and setting goals when we are relaxed and tuned in to our body’s responses – both psychologically and physiologically.
In this Guided Relaxation Meditation for Stress and Anxiety Relief, I will guide you through a simple body scan process. As we make our way up the body, we begin to focus on relaxing each body part in preparation for relaxing the mind.
Once we have moved into a deeper relaxed state, we will then visualize a calming place to set the scene for some realistic affirmations that you can use to motivate yourself.
You can either use the affirmations I say, or choose some of your own. As long as they are realistic, and simple to remember.
