MOTIVATION: GET IN THE ZONE!

This may seem like an obvious tip to some, but this is certainly something that bears repeating. DO. NOT. DWELLon negative thoughts/lackluster performance/fatigue, etc. This is going to sabotage you, and become a self-fulfilling prophecy for defeat. Do WHATEVER IT TAKES, to get in the ZONE. The proper headspace to CONQUER your goals. Using adrenaline, getting hyped up, and most importantly, BELIEVING IN YOURSELF is KEY to succeeding. This can be applied to not only lifting, but LOFE in general. GET AFTER IT! 🤟🏻
