INGREDIENTS :

1.16 Kilograms potatoes
40 grams chopped scallions
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
50 ml milk

INSTRUCTIONS :

.boil 1.16 kilograms potatoes in water until soft
.in a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, 4 tablespoons butter
.add 50 ml milk, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
.mash until smooth consistency
.add 40 grams chopped scallions and fold into mash
