Eliminate Back, Shoulder and Hip Pain

Pain occurs when your body is in prolonged periods of stress and your nervous system gets stuck sending pain signals instead of the feel good, calming signals that it should be sending.

Often times this stress is emotional and different parts of your back often have similar emotional stress responses. For instance, low back pain is often related to financial stress, feeling a lack of financial support or anxiety about money.

Mid back pain can be about the past and feeling stuck in guilt or shame. Shoulder pain is about the weight that we carry on our shoulder, the burdens that we feel like we alone have to deal with. Notice that when you allow others to help or you're flexible enough to ask for help that those aches and pains diminish.

As you follow along with this video notice where you feel tension, pain or resistance to flow on your face. All these areas are you showing you where you carry stress in your body. By working these areas regularly, you can decrease the stress signals and improve movement, flow and circulation of the feel good hormones and neurotransmitters that improve health and wellbeing.
