101 Outdoor Ring Dips and Pullups EACH

A simple and effective example upper body workout idea.

This was a 'deload' week and a bit modified from what I was doing each week leading up to this, but it was 4 sets each of:

A1 Ring Dips
A2 Pullups (off to one side, alternate sides each set)

Being a deload, it was higher reps and less sets, and I wasn't in a hurry with rest intervals. I did a set about every 4th minute, and was just under 30 minutes total.

It is in real time and un-edited, but the first set is from the 3:50 mark to 8:10 mark, which is all you really need to see to get the idea. Enjoy!
