These Prairie Fresh Baby back ribs are out of the park! I rubbed with Eat Zero to Hero and Slaps Perfect Blend, smoked over Royal Oak lump, and finished with Blues Hog Smokey Mountain, Slaps PB rub, and a little cayenne. Happy 4th of July everyone!!!
