Some of the limitations on my business prowess were due to my experiences of childhood trauma. I grew up in a family with an alcoholic father who was verbally and physically abusive, and the programs (there have been a plethora) played themselves out in my everyday life for years.
Becoming mindful of these, having the tools to pull them out by the roots, and anchor in new programs that allow me to feel worthy, feel safe in my vulnerability and trust the intelligence that is guiding my life have all been essential in my healing.
