'Qatar needs a long-term deal' | EU looks for gas suppliers in Middle East

As Europe, led by Germany, is seeking other gas suppliers to replace Russian energy, it turns to Qatar. Qatari economist, Dr. Khalid Al-Khater, says Doha expects to be treated as an equal partner, and will demand its requirements be met.
