How To Make Low Carb Chicken Strips | With Special Guest

Chicken Strip Recipe:

2 pound chicken breast cut into strips
2 cups almond flour
2 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Olive oil for cooking

In a bowl combined almond flour with seasoning (you can use any seasonings you enjoy 😊). In a separate bowl whisk eggs very well. With one hand coat chicken strips in egg wash, and with the other hand coat chicken in flour mix. Set aside and repeat until all chicken is coated.

Preheat oil in pan on medium low heat, do not let the oil get too hot. Cook chicken for about 1-2 minutes turning continuously for an even golden brown color. Do not leave chicken strips alone! They will take about 10-15mins to cook evenly. Set cooked chicken strips aside on a paper towel. Repeat cooking remaining chicken strips.

Coleslaw Recipe:

1 bag mixed cabbage
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon stevia (or any natural sweetener)
Salt/Pepper to taste

Mix all wet ingredients and seasoning into a small bowl. In a large bowl mix cabbage with dressing. You can prep this hours in advance for more flavor or as a quick salad mix.
