Chicken Strips Recipe | Air Fried | Low Carb

Hey YouTube! Today Ariana and I made air fried low carb buttermilk chicken strips (say that 10 times fast!) lol. This is a super easy very delicious recipe that I know you will love! Each chicken strip is only 2 net carbs!! HOLY MOLY!!! We are also making a super easy very delicious healthy coleslaw! Both recipes are down below. Comment down below if you are going to make this. Chicken strips

Buttermilk Marinade
2 pounds chicken strips
8oz heavy cream
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
1 TSP garlic powder
1 TSP onion powder
1 TSP paprika

Flour:

1 cup Carbalose Flour
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
1 TSP garlic powder
1 TSP onion powder
1 TSP paprika
Olive oil spray

In a medium bowl combine heavy cream, seasonings and chicken strips. For best results/flavor leave it covered over night. Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees and spray pan with olive oil. In a separate bowl whisk carbalose flour with remaining seasonings until well combined.
Using tongs or clean hands coat buttermilk chicken strips in carbalose flour and shake off excess flour. Place on greased pan. Spray chicken strips with olive oil. Once preheated cook in air fryer for 10 mins. Turn chicken strips over and spray with olive oil and cook for an additional 10 mins.

Coleslaw:

8oz bag coleslaw salad
2 TBSP mayonnaise
1 TSP lemon juice
1 TSP apple cider vinegar
1/2 TSP salt
1/2 TSP pepper
1/2 TSP garlic powder
1/2 TSP onion powder
1 TSP erythritol

In a small bowl whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and seasoning until well combined. Add dressing to coleslaw salad and mix well. For best results leave overnight.
