THE SCIENCE OF PRUNING TOMATO PLANTS WITH A CANADIAN GARDENERS TIP | Gardening in Canada

Pruning tomatoes has always been explained as the best method for highest yields. But I challenge that idea in this video by gardening in Canada. Pruning actually limits the yield but increases the size of the tomatoes already existing. But for cold climate gardening and Canadian gardeners it is important to also top your tomatoes at the end of the year to ensure you are able to rippen the existing fruits.
