Game #47 on our list of 51 Worldwide Classics is a game that became a big competitive hit in and of itself and one of the most frantic games on the list, 6-Ball Puzzle! This is a "Stuff is falling" type of puzzle game like Tetris or Dr. Mario, and the goal is to match 6 of the same color ball together to clear them. You can also send garbage to your opponent by arranging the 6 balls into a hexagon shape, a pyramid shape, or a straight line. The first player to have their balls reach the top of their playing field loses.

There are four levels of CPU opponents to face: Normal, Hard, Amazing, and Impossible, which must be unlocked and beaten in order. Beat the Impossible AI to master the game. Also, each time you play it, you can unlock a piece of trivia about the game. There are three pieces of trivia about 6-Ball Puzzle:

1. The technical meaning of "puzzle" is "a mystery". This type of game doesn't really qualify, but the name stuck anyway.
2. It can also be used as a verb meaning "to confuse".
3. There are many kinds of puzzles, including logic, jigsaw, math, sliding tile, and word.

Personal story: My mom and I were big into Tetris and Dr. Mario as a kid, as well as other puzzle games like the Adventures of Lolo trilogy and Yoshi's Cookie.
