Driving the Blue Ridge Parkway Dedication to my Mother on the Day She Died on Cinco de Mayo, 2022

The day my mom died I decided to drive up to the Blue Ridge Parkway near Big Island Virginia. My mother and I made this drive many times together before she could no longer leave her house in 2019. This quick video is my dedication to her memory.

Hard to believe that on May 10, 2022 I would fall down the stairs to her basement breaking my neck forever changing the future direction of my life. In the past few months I have gotten to see what life was like for her the last few years. In 2022 things got so bad for her all she could do was lay in her bed, poop and per herself with little help. She begged me for years to kill her and end her misery and in in hindsight... I should have aided her in that journey.
