Storm Chaba intervenes in Hong Kong celebrations

Tropical Storm Chaba put a damper on Hong Kong's celebrations as it was marking the 25th anniversary of the handover from the UK. Pouring rain and a typhoon wind forced the festivities to be either muted or canceled entirely.
