Invited my brother along for a workout today 😆
It’s really important in your workouts to always modify certain exercises that you’re not ready for.
Just because your plan says to do something it doesn’t mean you HAVE to do it.
You want to push yourself, but also stay within your ability so that you don’t injure yourself or beat yourself up mentally in your journey.
This is true for all workouts, but especially in core workouts because this is how you build your strength up and decrease lower back pain for example.
