On Monday June 27, The California Senate Business, Professions and Economic Development Committee heard testimony about AB 2098. If the bill number sounds familiar, it's that controversial bill that wants to punish and potentially remove the license any California doctors that question the lockstep COVID-19 narrative and promotes "misinformation."

Some opponents testified that this would violate the first amendment and hurt the doctor/patient relationship, like Dr. Aaron Kheriaty.

I broke down the hearing's highlights, key points, and takeaways with Laura Powell for Californians for Good Governance.
