CA bill would have med board punish healthcare workers for spreading COVID-19 "misinformation"

There's a new bill in the works in California. California Assembly Bill 2098 aims to hold doctors accountable that spread "COVID-19 misinformation" and send them to the Medical Board of California or the Osteopathic Medical Board of California for discipline. This could also mean that doctors that question the "effectiveness" of COVID-19 vaccines could lose their ability to practice in California.Show more

I reached out to Assemblymember Low, who introduced the bill this week, along with his entire team, for an interview. I have not heard back as of Feb. 16. In the event Low laters agrees to an interview, I will post it here on my Rumble channel. However, Low did tweet this: "Under this law, the Medical Board of California will be given the tools necessary to bring disciplinary action against a licensee. The spreading of inaccurate COVID-19 information further erodes public trust in the medical profession & puts all patients at risk. TY to Co-Authors."

I spoke to former University of California, Irvine physician Dr. Aaron Kheriaty, who is now the Chief of Medical Ethics for The Unity Project. I also spoke with Julie Hamill, a Los Angeles attorney whose practice often focuses on government and politics.
