What Steve Poplar is doing outside in preparation for SHTF and empty shelves / food shortages. My gardens are test beds for gardening and are experiments to learn more about growing food. My Jerusalem Artichokes (Sunchokes) are doing fantastic to be my base calories, but many of the vegetables are a new world for me.
