How to catch 25lbs of Tilapia

Enough with the rod and reel and on to the cast net! Can I fill a 5 gallon bucket with tilapia? Talapia are swimming in Idaho rivers and creeks (kind of). Micro-ecosystems exist in certain places where the tropics thrive and these "exotic fish" can be caught and cooked.
