Fishing for Crayfish is a great time and I'm looking forward to making more DYI crayfish crawdad crawfish traps in the future and doing some real testing to find the ultimate trap. "How long does your battery last?" It's one of the most asked questions that I have regarding my Colorado XT Pontoon boat. Here is a quick video that answers that question. Just for kicks I made this DANGEROUS chainsaw accessory with my Stihl Chainsaw with NO SAFETY built into it for cutting up limbs and other smaller pieces of wood. I only used it once because I value the limbs that are attached to my body. You can buy them commercially which is a much better idea than my homemade DIY version.

This incredible canyon is a popular sight to behold in southern Idaho that holds some very feisty and very tiny trout. Making fishing videos in the winter is challenging with the snow, ice, and brown/grey colors. This canyon is stunning in the summer. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. This is one of those times. The fish and game department planted 4,000 hungry trout right in front of my kayak!

Figuring out what the fish are interested in is how every fishing trip starts. A High-Low Rig with different types of bait on each hook is a great way to experiment with different baits to see what's working. A true fisherman will search out opportunities to go fishing at any time and any place...even if it's for a couple hours before work!

It's a strange place to fish...and a little smelly. BUT, it's close and I've had success in the past.
