Despite the fatigue starting to set in, the weights feeling heavier than usual, and totally BOTCHING the unracking for this set, due to rushing to stay in time with the song, the set went okay! I was not going to go for more than five reps, to try and save energy for the rest of the workouts this week. Despite all the aforementioned factors, I think I still had at least one more rep in me, maybe even two, for an absolute grinder. Overall, not bad. I hit what I wanted to hit today 🤟🏻
