VIDEO DESCRIPTION
After the victory in the American Revolution, the Founding Fathers needed to create a new government. They were worried about creating a tyrannical government like the one under the authoritarian king, King George III. They started with the Articles of Confederation which was actually created before the war was over. It purposely created a weak central government with no president, just a congress. It quickly became clear that a new constitution needed to be created for the struggling country.

This video will go over the creation of the American Constitution.
