The Owlet's Starting to Learn Beak Cleaning 🦉 3/11/22 18:28

While Mom stands on the edge of the nest (upper right corner) getting ready to go hunting, the Owlet walks over to a stick and does a tiny bit of beak cleaning. This cleans the leftovers and pieces of food or dried blood that may get stuck or wedged into the edges of the beak. It is very important for hygiene while also sharpening the beak.
