Owlet Defends The Nest Against a Crow 🦉 3/21/22 12:20

The Owlet was sleeping, when a noisy Crow gets too close to the nest. The Owlet goes on defense. Clicking the beak and puffing out to look bigger. The Crow only stays for a few seconds, when it sounds as if something has chased it away. Most likely it was Mom who chased the Crow as she has been staying off of the nest ever since the last attempted Hawk attack. Spotting intruders from the top of the tree is much easier than when she is at the nest and also enables her to have the ability to quickly swoop down at the intruders to chase them away.
