Mom returns to the nest just in time to share breakfast, a Black-crowned Night Heron, with her Owlet. A welcome treat for the little one, as Mom hasn't been able to be on the nest as much as she should due to predators in the territory. Especially after two attempted Hawk attacks. It's easier to spot an intruder from the top of the tree than it is from on the nest.
Left at 05:00 and Returned at 06:49.
