Chicago Bears Minicamp wrapped up on Thursday, June 16th as Matt Eberflus and the Bears are now on vacation for the next 5 weeks or so before training camp in late July. The Bears honored the late Brian Piccolo at today’s practice as every player wore his #41 on their jerseys. With Bears mandatory minicamp in the books, Chat Sports host Harrison Graham is here to hand out some Bears minicamp winners & losers from this week.

Bears Minicamp Winners:
#1: Braxton Jones, OT - Jones took the first-team reps at left tackle all week after getting reps there during the final week of Bears OTAs. Jones spoke to the media today and admitted he was surprised to be getting this opportunity so soon, but he appears to be impressing the Bears coaching staff. Larry Borom remained at right tackle with the starting offensive line.
#2: Jaquan Brisker, S - Adam Jahns of The Athletic reports that Brisker has stood out at every practice that the media has had access to. Matt Eberflus and Alan Williams have high expectations of the rookie out of Penn State.
#3: Dante Pettis, WR - Pettis has been quiet throughout most of OTAs, but he had a nice practice on Wednesday by hauling in a long touchdown reception. Pettis will be fighting for a roster spot with lots of competition.
#4: Matt Eberflus, head coach - Eberflus has navigated his first NFL Offseason as the Bears head coach very well by all accounts as he’s installed his culture into this 2022 Bears team. Eberflus also had a nice gesture today by having all Bears players wear #41 in honor of the late Brian Piccolo.
