Evacuation from chemical plant disrupted by Ukraine - Russia

Russia has accused Kiev of disrupting a humanitarian corridor opened to evacuate civilians sheltering in bunkers beneath the Azot chemical plant in Severodonetsk, claiming Ukrainian artillery shelled residential areas of the city shortly after the exit routes were set up.
