Nato leaders meet to discuss Ukraine-Russia war

Nato Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg and a small group of leaders meet in the Netherlands to discuss Russia's war in Ukraine.
The informal gathering is being held Tuesday evening at Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte's official residence at The Hague and among the leaders attending are Romania's president, and the prime ministers of Belgium, Poland, Portugal and Latvia.
