The Healing Insight Podcast E01 An Introduction

This first episode of The Healing Insight Podcast (THIP) introduces you to brother and sister team Jeremy (Jez) and Sarah Hunt and their unique healing journeys. They give you a little insight into their own healing journeys and how it has led them to work with each other in different ways with their own unique knowledge and skills relating to healing. We are also momentarily joined by Charlie, Sarah’s Jack Russell who clearly didn’t want to be missed out!
Whilst this episode is mainly about Sarah and Jeremy’s background and own personal journey they also touch on ‘Mindset’ and ‘Choices’ which will be explored further in future episodes.
Over the coming weeks, a little humour and a lot of passion for the subjects that they cover will help to give you greater insight into what healing is and how it can help you to move forward on your own journey.
