I explain how online newspapers like the Bangkok Post allow their "likes/dislikes" function and comment sections to be used to help make the US-backed anti-government mobs look more popular than they really are.

I show how easy it is to rig the likes and dislikes using an incognito window.

Such tactics are popular propaganda tools used by the West to help manufacture consent and the illusion of popularity - and a play on the old marketing tactic called the "bandwagon" effect.
