Enjoy this workout guys! It's a fast but enjoyable sweat ;) Work hard, have fun and you'll be on your way to burning fat and getting leaner! You don't need any equipment for this bodyweight workout. This home workout is a Tabata hiit structure which means 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest non stop!
