5 Low Impact LEG Exercises

Build strength, muscle and stability with this low impact leg day!

Try 10-15 reps on each
Squat
Alternate lunge
Single leg RDL
Bridge
Side lunge
X 3 - 5 sets
Rest for 1 minute end of circuit

Whether you’re a beginner, or recovering from an injury, or need something with less impact, give these a go! 😄🦵👊
