5 Low Impact LEG Exercises
Build strength, muscle and stability with this low impact leg day!
Try 10-15 reps on each
Squat
Alternate lunge
Single leg RDL
Bridge
Side lunge
X 3 - 5 sets
Rest for 1 minute end of circuit
