A few showers and storms are possible today in the afternoon with temperatures in the mid to upper 70s under southwest winds at 5-10 mph. Most of the precipitation should occur south of Highway 29. Tonight, the precipitation ends and we turn partly cloudy with overnight lows in the lower 50s under light southwest winds around 5 mph. Another disturbance moves in Saturday with scattered showers and thunderstorms moving through in the late morning through the afternoon with highs in the mid 70s. There will be an isolated shower Sunday, otherwise, partly cloudy skies will mix in with highs in the lower to mid 70s. The heat and humidity returns next week with temperatures rising back into the mid and possibly the upper 80s
