MY TOP 3 supplements at the moment and why…!

Protein powder
Why?
My goal is to build muscle. This requires around 1g of protein per lb of my bodyweight. A protein shake alongside other high protein meals can help me achieve that number, which can be quite hard with food alone.

Protein bar
Why?
I love having a daily protein bar because it’s a meal that I really look forward to, and helps me stay consistent on my diet plan, AND it includes 20g+ protein which works towards hitting that daily protein goal essential to build muscle.

Creatine
Why?
With my goal being to build muscle, strength and performance - creatine is an essential supplement! This supplement is highly researched and is a safe and effective way to progress! 💪
