Bears OTAs Winners:
#1: Jaylon Johnson, CB - Johnson was back working with the Bears 1st team defense this week after taking some 2nd team reps a few weeks ago. Bears head coach Matt Eberflus mentioned that Johnson had a great day on Wednesday including almost reeling in a pick-6 off of Justin Fields.
#2: Braxton Jones, OL - Jones started at left tackle on Wednesday as Eberflus says the Bears are still trying different combinations on the offensive line. Larry Borom slid over to right tackle. Could the 5th round rookie draft pick get a chance to start this year? Jones appears to have impressed enough to get a chance to compete.
#3: DeAndre Houston-Carson, S - The Bears veteran safety picked off Justin Fields twice on Wednesday as he got some work with the first-team defense with Eddie Jackson not practicing. DHC always seems to make plays when given the opportunity.
