All right, so the air conditioner is running on the inside, even though it's tilted back. Means it's clogged up, and I can't find the drain line. So I'm going to a. Worst pair of channel locks I've got.

"I can get you another pair. You need your snips, also?"

I need another pair of channel locks. These are horrible.

"Well, we've got water running. Here you go, a better pair of channel locks."

"And snips."

I'm not going to do snips. Needs to be taken out and cleaned up, but she's not paying us for that. That'll fix her problem period.
