California climate change TV ad is hot air

Tom Steyer (NexGen) is running climate propaganda TV commercials, summarily claiming that California is in some sort of unprecedented drought and that California fires and this supposed ‘drought’ are caused by human CO2 emissions. In reality, California has ALWAYS gone through droughts. One drought that began around the year 850 lasted about 240 years. 50 years later, it was followed by a drought that lasted about 180 years. Recent fires have been largely caused by Pacific Gas & Electric Company neglect.
