Sunday Longplay - The Thief And The Cobbler (Super Mario Bros. 2 NES ROM Hack)

This week on Sunday Longplay, I'm playing my first ROM hack of a Mario game on this channel! More specifically, it's a hack of Super Mario Bros. 2 based on the unfinished cult animated film The Thief and the Cobbler.

This hack is mostly a sprite and graphics hack that changes the playable characters to a nameless Thief (Mario), Tack the Cobbler (Luigi), Chief Roofless of the forty Brigands (Toad), and Princess Yum Yum (Peach), as well as changing almost all enemy sprites and most backgrounds (as well as giving them more animation). But it also makes some subtle changes to the level design. Most notably, Stage 4-1 actually has a boss fight now!
