Cinnamon Pineapple Margarita #SpiceOnTheRocks2021

For my #SpiceOnTheRocks2021 cocktail I'm using pineapple juice as my Sugar, Vietnamese Cinnamon as my Spice, and Tequila as my Everything Nice!

Tequila is my personal favorite, but I think this flavor combination would also go great with whiskey, maybe with lemon instead of lime. The mocktail version is also really good.

Chef Note: If you make the simple syrup a few days before without straining it, the cinnamon flavor will have more time to infuse. I highly recommend using whole cinnamon sticks for this if you can find them.
