Fresh Lemonade
4-5 Medium-sized Mint leaves
.5 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup (50:50 Ratio)
2.5 oz. Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon

4 Mint tops bunched together

Instructions: In a chilled Julep (or Rocks Glass) add the mint and the simple syrup and gently muddle, this will extract the aroma of the mint.
Add crushed ice and the Bourbon and stir to mix. As you stir the level of your ice will drop so top with more ice and with the use of a bar spoon make room in the ice to fit in the mint tops. Garnish with a mint bunch (4 mint tops), add a straw right next to mint and enjoy!
